1) Why can't I log in to the system?
  I can access the homepage and see the login screen but after typing in the user ID and password fields and clicking on the Login button, the login page is refreshed with the user ID and password fields empty, and nothing else happens OR you see the message "You are active on another session".


The login procedure uses session cookies to verify a log in session, this may require you to enable your browser cookie handling.

  If you are a Microsoft IE 5 user, follow these steps:
 
a) Open Microsoft Internet Explorer
b) Select "Tools" >> "Internet Options"
c) Click on the "Security" tab and highlight the "Internet" Icon (a picture of a globe)
d) Click on "Default Level"
e) Click on "Apply"
   
  If you are a Microsoft IE 6 user, in addition to the above steps, you can also try these steps:
 
a) Open Microsoft Internet Explorer
b) Select "Tools" >> "Internet Options"
c) Click on the "Privacy" tab
d) Click on the "Default" button
e) Click on "Apply"
f) Click on "OK"

After changing the settings, try to log in again. You may be required to "reset" your previous login session if you had not logged out properly or your connection to the Internet was lost.

If you use Internet Explorer 7.0, you will be prompted the following security alert message after logging in:
"Content was blocked because it was not signed a valid security certificate".

That means that the DIGICERT CA Root certificate currently is not listed in your browser's Trusted Root Certification Authorities or Signer store.

To proceed, please do the following steps (A) & (B) to eliminate the security alert messages:

A ) Install Class 2 Root & DigiSign Server ID Certificate
 1) Click here to download Entrust.net Secure Server Certification Authority Certificate, AND

 2) Click here to download DigiCert Global CA Certificate.

  When you install Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2), Pop-up Blocker is turned on in Internet Explorer and set to the medium setting, which means it will block most automatic pop-ups. As a result, our webpage that uses pop-up windows for Buy, Sell, Stock Details, Company Info and Stock News option at Quotes - All Counters page will be blocked.

  To disable Pop-up Blocking (Norton AntiSpam and Norton Internet Security 2005 and 2006)
In the main window, on the left side click Norton AntiSpam.
 Click Pop-up Blocking > Turn Off.

To disable Ad Blocking or Pop-up Blocking (Norton AntiSpam and Norton Internet Security 2004 and earlier)
In the main window, double-click Ad Blocking.
 Uncheck Ad Blocking.
 Uncheck Pop-up Window Blocking.
 Click OK.
